Kids on The Farm is a children's program that is run by Sara Smith and located at The Petting Farm. Children ages 1-5 will get to hear stories, sing songs, play games, explore activities, and get to know our animals! Each week is a new and exciting lesson.
The cost for the program for one child is $32 per session, and if you are a member of the petting farm it is $27 per session, if you are bringing two children the cost is 55$ per session.
There is also a six week class ( dates listed below with limited spots available ) which is a payment of 175$.
The payment for each class includes a full day admission to the petting farm for one adult and one child and may include any combination of the following:
- Stories, movement, and songs based on a daily theme.
- A hands-on activity
- A tractor ride, close ups with the animals.
-A snack
- Entrance into the rest of the farm for the day for one child and one adult.
We meet rain or shine, so please dress accordingly!

How do I register and pay?
Each Month a new sign up will be posted on our Facebook page or you can fill out the form above. The payment link is at the end of the form, please make sure to provide child name in "What is this for" spot when paying.
Do Members of The Petting Farm get a discount?
Yes, Members that pay for one session get a second session within the same month for free.
Can a grandmother/caregiver/friend bring my child for the program?
Absolutely, but we ask for one adult to be present for every two children.
If you would like to bring more than 1 adult per child, that is great we would love to have them but please have any additional adults pay for admission to The Petting Farm when you arrive.
What happens if its raining, snowing, or the weather is not great?
We will adjust the activities to work with the weather but please make sure to dress appropriately to be outside
How will I know if I have signed up for the program?
The form you fill out will close when a session fills up so if you filled out the form, you are registered. You will receive an email about a week before the session welcoming you to the class and providing specific details for your session.
Where is the Kids on The Farm program check in?
When you arrive at The Petting Farm you may go straight to The Pole Barn (Program Barn), it is located right next to the playhouse.
