Pavilion Rentals
Whether you are hosting a corporate picnic, graduation party, baby shower, family reunion or other event, the pavilion is the perfect place to go. We have spacious seating for up to 188 guests.
Pavilion Rental includes sole use of the pavilion structure during specified hours.
2025 Rental Fees
Weekday (M-F) rentals cost is $100 per hour for members and business's located in the domino's office park, and $125 for non-members and corporations outside of the domino's office park. Weekend (Sa & Su) rentals cost $150 per hour for members and business's located in the domino's office park, and $75 for non-members and corporations outside of the domino's office park. With an addition 10% per hour for outside business hours (10am-4pm). Additional fees may apply.
Additional add-ons
$50 for the use of our game closet containing volleyball, Bocce Ball, Jumbo Checkers, large connect 4, and Cornhole.
$50 for the use of our gas griddle grill and utensils (fuel is included)
$50 for the use of the firepit and firewood
Rental Details
Admission to the Petting Farm is discounted to $3.00 per guests
A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation
The Pavilion can seat just under 200 people, any additional tents need to follow local ordinances
Picnic Tables, Trash Receptacles and lights are included in the rental
Electrical Outlets are available within the pavilion
Event can be rescheduled or canceled up to 1 week ahead of the event.
Events offering alcohol must obtain a Special Event Policy.
